Booking a villa with VillasOnBoard is easy! Simply browse our collection of vacation rentals under "Villas", select your desired property, and check availability for your preferred dates. Once you've found the perfect villa, follow the prompts to complete your booking securely online. If you need assistance or have specific requirements, feel free to contact our team via phone, email or our contact form, and we'll be happy to help.
You are welcome to check in from 3pm to 11pm and check out by 11am. If you have any special queries regarding your arrival time, please let us know in advance. In case we have a same day check in, we might ask you to check out at 10am if that's convenient for you.
Our villas offer a wide range of luxurious amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. While amenities vary by property, typical offerings include spacious living areas, high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchens, hair-driers, towels, bath robes (Rock Villa) beach towels, luxury sheets, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, a set of tooth brush & paste), hand & dish wash liquids, washing machine, dish washer (except Condo), iron & board, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, basic seasonings, bottled water, fruits & sweets basket and many more. You can view specific amenities for each villa on its individual listing page.
Our general cancellation policy is: 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 25 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Ermioni, Rock Villa
Our most recommended way is to come by ferry (Flying dolphin/cat) - book online - from Piraeus port to Ermioni as it's the most comfortable way without driving 2-3 hours. There is a direct metro line to Piraeus port from the airport or you could always get a cab. From Ermioni port it's a 3-5 mins walk to the villa or we could arrange a pick up.
- If you're planning to rent a car at Athens airport or visiting by car then follow google maps to the Rock Villa by Villasonboard.
- Take a 7 seater van for €280 airport-Rock Villa each way
- Take a taxi (30 mins) to Piraeus port gate E2, get on a Flying Dolphin (You can book a ticket on ferryscanner.com to Ermioni, 2 hours & 35 euros)
- If you need a taxi in and around Ermioni's area, or to the airport, feel free to call Lazaro Mitsou, taxi driver, who is a very helpful and friendly driver in our area. +306944371096/ +302754031840 He can also drive to Athens.
Of course you can always rent a car in advance or at the airport and it would be a 2,5 drive.
Godai Seascape - about 10 mins drive from the Rock Villa, Ermioni. There's a small beach bar serving drinks and snacks.
Kouverta beach - just a couple mins from Ermioni, opposite the Madrakia.
Paralia Hinitsa - A beautiful sandy beach below a hotel with a bar serving drinks & snacks. There's a field with grass by the beach where most of the sun beds are, ideal for kids. There might be a small fee for the sun-beds. About 15 minutes drive from Ermioni.
Petrothalassa beach - A popular spot for swimming, there are sun beds and a bar.
If you don't have a car, you can also do it in Ermioni near the village from www.popcar.gr. If you dont want to move a lot then just pick a cab calling the taxi center +302754041660 or their private numbers 6944532243, 6973751120, 6978985147, 6972447487, 6973385923

If you want to go to Hydra, Dokos or Spetses islands, you can either take the small ferries, rent a boat or get on our private boat trip for a more exclusive experience.
There are several mini markets just a couple mins walk away from the Rock Villa, that are open long hours during the summer but the best option is the Vasilopoulos great supermarket in Ermioni.
Yes, there are public docking facilities (usually available) right in front of the villa including charging pillars with water & electricity. To buy charging card contact Kosta Kottara +306979986001
Not for our boat trips, because a captain is driving the boat both ways both days. If your rent a boat it depends on the chosen boat, whether it needs a licence or includes a captain.
Check out our boat trips and select your preferred boat trip in the options/extras during your booking. If you already have a reservation, get in touch with us to see availability and arrange your boat trip. You can choose from Dokos or Hydra islands departing either from Porto Hydra or from the Rock villa, Ermioni.
Absolutely! We provide a baby bed, a baby high chair and some toys. There is a garden with plastic grass flooring so kids can play barefoot without being afraid of getting dirty or bitten by insects (there might be some but surely less than in real grass) There is also a playground in Ermioni, a few mins walk away by the sea. We highly recommend Oikosimo on Evaggelistrias road, in Porto Heli but you can also find a great variety of traditional shops in Ermioni or Hydra island.
Though most places accept credit and debit cards, it is advisable to carry some cash for your convenience. You can exchange money in the nearby hotels, banks or WU +302109005000, though you may find rates higher than if you simply exchanged at your home town before your trip

Just about half minute walk away 🙂 It's a vast, almost private beach. Meaning there is no crowd coming from outside, even in summertime, it's just the people having or renting a house in Porto Hydra, so there's usually plenty of space. You can walk to the other side of Porto Hydra to Sahara beach in 5 mins, where there is a volleyball, basketball and tennis court along with a playground and more sandy beach. On the Dock Villa's side there's pebbles. You have your beach umbrella and chairs, we are going to show you upon check-in.
Barcelo Hotel few mins walk towards Ermioni has also a long beach, more organized with sunbeds, and bar nearby. Our guests might get discounts, please get in touch if you're interested.
Further beaches include:
Golden beach (Xrisi Amo) - About 5 mins drive from P|orto Hydra. The longest & sandiest beach nearby. Not organised, so there are no sun beds or bars, but. you can always take a portable fridge with your drinks and enjoy privacy.
Cova Beach in Porto Heli, half mile after Nikki beach is also a fabulous option
Godai Seascape - about 10 mins drive from Ermioni, 20 from Porto Hydra. There's a small beach bar serving drinks and snacks.
Kouverta beach - just a couple mins from Ermioni, opposite the Madrakia. About 15 mins from Porto Hydra Village.

Yes, there is a €50/daz charge in case you have a boat docking at the villa. It covers unlimited water & electricity (charging) usage.

Vouliagmeni Beach, with its tranquil waters, offers a serene beach experience, while Zen Beach provides a more secluded atmosphere, perfect for those seeking peace and romantic atmosphere. Yes, there is a pharmacy within a 5 minute walk from the apartments on Panagouli street down the hill. It is well-stocked with essentials and prescription medications, and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and ready to assist.
Absolutely! We provide a baby bed, a baby high chair, some toys and there's a baby bath tub and an attachable fence for the bed in the Penthouse so kids don't fall (we can provide these in the Condo too upon request). The Condo has full carpet flooring so convenient with babies. There's plenty of space on the veranda in the Penthouse to let kids play outside.
