The villa offers three spacious double bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. Rest easy on beds equipped with an extra mattress topper, two memory foam aloe vera pillows, and two additional pillows per guest.

With three bathrooms, including one featuring a luxurious spa shower, every guest enjoys a touch of indulgence.

Modern Conveniences and Luxurious Touches
Make use of the villa's premium amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and exquisite Guy Laroche linens. From bed sheets and towels to plush beach towels, every detail has been thoughtfully considered.

Additional comforts include essential toiletries, slippers, and toothbrushes. Families with young children will appreciate the provided crib and high chair.

The extensive garden invites guests to indulge in outdoor activities or relax on the barbecue-equipped patio, featuring three garden dining tables, a large umbrella, and four beanbag sunbeds. A private dock belongs to the villa where guests can either dock their boats, fish or enjoy the closeness of the canal, like these kids do 🙂

Immerse yourself in the coastal splendor of Porto Hydra with access to two expansive sandy beaches within the village. A mere minute's walk away, one of these beaches provides guests with a private luxury umbrella and two sun loungers for an intimate seaside retreat. Meanwhile, Sahara Beach, a short 5-minute stroll, is a haven for recreation, featuring a playground, beach volleyball and basketball courts, as well as two tennis courts, catering to both relaxation and sportive pursuits.

The villa's private 16m dock offers a stylish arrival by boat or the option to embark on boat trips to explore nearby islands. There is a €50/day charge for docking a boat which includes water and electricity available 0-24.

The Dock Villa is perfectly situated for guests to explore the nearby towns, islands (Hydra, Spetses, Poros) and their vibrant surroundings, with easy access to a plethora of beaches, restaurants, hotel swimming pools, and activities, promising a memorable stay filled with exploration and relaxation.

While the villa comfortably accommodates 6 guests, it is equipped to host up to 12 guests upon request, utilizing two double sofa beds and two single folding beds for an additional fee of €50 per person/night, offering flexibility and convenience for larger groups seeking a luxurious retreat.

Pets are allowed only after our confirmation. Owners are responsible to respect our House Rules regarding pets not on beds & couch. €100 charge for pet disinfection.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. 

Basic House Rules:

- No parties or loud music

- No toilet paper or wet towels into the toilet
- Smoking is only allowed outside

Pets are allowed in the Dock Villa but under conditions. Your pet’s behavior (eg avoid excessive barking and no climbing on furniture) is your responsibility and the owner is held accountable for any damages. Compulsory cleaning disinfection fee €100 at check in.

The Dock Villa exclusively offers  a private, shaded parking space, ensuring convenience and security for your vehicle. Additional parking is available nearby for guests with multiple vehicles.

Guests are welcomed from 3pm, with a check-out time of 10am.
