Rock Villa is a haven of comfort, featuring three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

All beds have an extra aloe vera bed over mattress, 2  memory foam aloe vera pillows and 2 extra pillows to best accommodate our guests.

The unique charm of the villa is showcased in the upper front bedroom, which not only offers a stunning sea view but also includes a kitchenette with an additional coffee machine and sink, complemented by a balcony overlooking the garden and sea. The allure of natural elements is brought indoors in the downstairs bedroom, where a natural rock wall creates a dramatic backdrop, and direct access to the garden invites the outdoors in. The upper back bedroom opens to a veranda, equipped with a dining table and lounge puffs for sunbathing, offering a private oasis.

The heart of the villa, the kitchen, is fully equipped with a coffee machine, frappe mixer, squeezer, water boiler, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove tops, fridge & freezer, and unbreakable plates & cups, catering to all your culinary needs. The presence of natural rock walls in the downstairs bathroom and kitchen, extending to the end of the garden, is beautifully highlighted with lighting at night, adding to the villa's enchanting ambiance.

Comfort is ensured year-round with a central air conditioning/heating unit, adjustable from three different locations within the villa, alongside a solar water heater for eco-friendly hot water solutions.

Convenient on-site free street parking ensures your vehicles are nearby. Usually there's plenty of space right in front of the villa on both sides.

The centerpiece is a luxurious 6-seater jacuzzi, on a built deck perfect for unwinding under the stars and enjoying serene sea-views.

In the beautifully landscaped garden our guests can also enjoy a swing bed, outdoor shower, spacious dining table and an atmosphere complete with child-friendly plastic grass for worry-free play. 

For nautical enthusiasts, there are several docking spaces with public charging pillars right in front of the villa, allowing you to arrive by boat or set off on sailing excursions directly from your doorstep. This feature is a gateway to exploring the Saronic Gulf's enchanting waters at your leisure.

Rock Villa's prime location offers easy access to a variety of stunning beaches, including the family-friendly Petrothallasa beach known for its shallow waters, beach bar, and water activities.

Other popular beaches nearby:

Godai Seascape – about 10 mins drive from the Rock Villa, Ermioni. There’s a small beach bar serving drinks and snacks.

Kouverta beach – just a couple mins from Ermioni, opposite the Madrakia.

Paralia Hinitsa – A beautiful sandy beach below a hotel with a bar serving drinks & snacks. There’s a field with grass by the beach where most of the sun beds are, ideal for kids. There might be a small fee for the sun-beds.  About 15 minutes drive from Ermioni.

Embark on scenic walks in the Bisti (Ermioni's little forest) or explore hidden coves along the coastline for a truly outdoor adventure.

The area around Ermioni is ripe with opportunities for adventure and leisure. From island hopping to Hydra, Spetses, or Poros to exploring nearby historical towns & sites like the ancient theater of Epidaurus, or Nafplio's castle on the hill there's something for every taste. 

In Ermioni, there's a honey and olive oil museum 'Ermionis' worth a visit where they have a small boutique to purchase their family made high quality honey products. (cosmetics too)

For horse enthusiasts we recommend going to Galatas to visit the Land of the Wolf Farm where they offer a very unique horse therapy at a wonderful location on the hill. There are also great restaurants, cafes & playground down in the town. (Great to combine with a visit to Poros island as the ferry goes from Galatas to Poros in 5 mins, frequently)

Pets are allowed only after our confirmation. Owners are responsible to respect our House Rules regarding pets not on beds & couch. €80 charge for pet disinfection.

Pets are allowed in the Rock Villa but under conditions. Your pet’s behavior (eg avoid excessive barking and no climbing on furniture) is your responsibility and the owner is held accountable for any damages. Compulsory cleaning disinfection fee €100 at check in.
