The expansive veranda is equipped with beanbags, a 10-seater outdoor dining table, an outdoor seating/lounge area, swings, and vibrant plants, providing the perfect setting for relaxation or entertaining.
A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an espresso machine, air-fryer, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, blender, water boiler, toaster, plenty of serving bowls, plate sets, utensils await you, along with complimentary coffee, tea, fruits, and sweets.
Enjoy an 88" television with complimentary Netflix and high-speed internet access, ensuring leisure and connectivity throughout your stay.
Three double bedrooms feature premium mattresses, with the one of the bedrooms offering a convenient desk. There are both dark curtains and shutters for a peaceful sleep. Plenty of space in the wardrobes and drawers. Central air conditioning provides a comfortable atmosphere, cooling or warming the whole apartment very quickly and efficiently.
Experience the luxury of premium Guy Laroche linens, plush towels, beach towels, and thoughtful toiletries, including shampoo, shower gel, slippers, and a toothbrush. The bathroom, with a dual sink and a spacious walk-in shower, features a solar boiler to ensure hot water on demand, complemented by a "HOT WATER" button for cloudy days.
Three more balconies, accessible from the bedrooms and kitchen, offer private views and fresh air from every side of the apartment.
As you get out of the building, go left on Kleopatras street, there will be plenty of parking space just around the corner (both left and right) on Panagouli street.
A hassle-free arrival is ensured with our self-check-in option, featuring a secure lockbox for your ease.
Guests are welcomed from 3pm, with a check-out time of 10am.
